Gold’s Gym India – Kandivali West organized a Beach Workout exclusively for its members. Members were taken to a beach, out of the regular gym for a fun fitness workout. Just like soft sand running, plyometrics on sand improves your muscle’s reaction time, making you quicker on harder surfaces. The sand acts as a wonderful natural resistance. It’s obviously harder to walk or run on sand because of its density, movement when it shifts, and uneven levels. When we have resistance on our legs, they are forced to work harder and will then build muscle.
