1. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income(WLP, Corporate sales, PT training, Nutrition Program)
2. Responsible for having complete Product, Pricing and Promotion knowledge for the Gym membership sales.
3. Responsible to maintain FC planner using established sales systems.
4. Responsible for Referral Program, Up selling, and cross selling.
5. Responsible to enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer enquiry etc in the GDM Software.
6. Responsible for making courtesy calls to all new members (3rd, 10th, 30th day) and thereafter once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the gym.
